Yukings is a Shenzhen, China-based noise barrier & sound barrier manufacturer with a 42,000 m² purpose-built factory, 18+ years of manufacturing history and a team of 120+ employees, of whom 40 are engineers.

We supply noise barrier & acoustic barrier products and solutions to 60+ countries across North America, Europe, Australia, Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Yukings noise barriers are certified to EN 1793, EN 1794, ASTM E90, ASTM C423 and GB/T 51335-2018 and TB/T 3122-2019.

Yukings is privately owned, privately managed, and debt-free. Our business has grown organically through investment in new panel tooling, extended R&D, and a strong export capability.

Our Timeline

Two decades of engineering, manufacturing and exporting noise barriers

2006

Yukings founded in Shenzhen, China

Yukings was founded as a manufacturer of metal-louvered noise barriers for the Chinese highway market. First factory established in Bao'an District, Shenzhen.

2010

First export shipment to Southeast Asia

Yukings shipped its first export order of metal-louvered noise barriers for a highway project in Southeast Asia, establishing an export footprint outside mainland China.

2014

Expanded factory to 42,000 m2

Yukings moved into its current 42,000 m2 purpose-built noise barrier factory, adding roll-forming lines, CNC punching lines, in-house acoustic lab and powder coating facilities.

2017

ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 certification

Yukings achieved triple certification (ISO 9001 quality, ISO 14001 environment, ISO 45001 occupational health & safety) for its noise barrier manufacturing facility.

2020

Solar PV noise barrier product line

Yukings launched a solar PV-integrated noise barrier product line combining EN 1793 tested acoustic absorbers with monocrystalline bifacial PV modules.

2023

60+ export countries and 109 patents

Yukings noise barriers are now exported to 60+ countries worldwide, with 109+ noise barrier related patents and an engineering team of 40+ engineers.

Our Factory

In-house roll-forming, CNC perforation, powder coating and acoustic testing under one roof.

Yukings operates a 42,000 m2 purpose-built noise barrier factory in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. The facility houses roll-forming lines, CNC punching and perforation lines, electrostatic powder coating, hot-dip galvanizing and an in-house acoustic laboratory.

The factory is managed under ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and has clean, controlled materials handling, rigorous inspection of raw-material inventory control, and a dedicated R&D team.
